In 2010 I started a company called Armoured Properties LLC which purchased its first single family rental investment property in 2010. By the end of 2010 it had acquired several other multi-family properties ending the year with 15 units approximately. In 2011 the company shattered its goal and purchased 91 total units of which 2 of them were commercial type multi family. In 2012 I decided to remodel these properties and increase the overall revenue of the properties and successfully took the total portfolio value from $2.6M to $4.8M. In 2012 I syndicated my first 4 way partnership and acquired its first 72 unit asset which has a value of over $3.5M. Armoured Properties LLC now has a combined portfolio of over $8M and has property under contract in 2013 to more than double its total portfolio.
